Okanogan Flour Mill Rental Rates
PUB ROOM – Room capacity 35 people (including tables and chairs) 50 people when not using tables
$135 for 3 hours -$50 per hour after – with a 3 hour minimum No room charge when using Couleefarm Catering
If using couleeFarms Catering with the room rental, white linens for tables, coffee & water will be included.
GRAIN HALL – Room capacity 230 people w/no tables – 180 with round tables
$250 for 3 hours – $75 per hour after 3 hours – with a 3 hour minimum
$430 for 6 hours – $75 per hour after 6 hours
$840 for 12 hours – $75 per hour after 12 hours
$1800 – this gives you access for a weekend – 24 hour total between Friday thru Sunday (between hours of 9AM-11PM)
If using CouleeFarms Catering with room rental, white linens for tables, coffee & water will be included. Couleefarms also pays for the table & chair rental.
Hourly rates include setup & breakdown time. We encourage bringing personal decor but ask that all items are removed at the end of your event.
There is a damage deposit required for the rooms and will be held until after the event inspection and returned if the rooms are damage and garbage free.
Please let us know if alcohol will be a part of your event so arrangements can be made to make sure we are covered with a license or permit.
